I wish that I had done more research before hiring Matt. He was very convincing when I initially met with him, even offering roof replacement on my house for half what other contractors were asking for. I was taken aback when he asked for a $1000 security deposit plus half of the repair money upfront ($10,000), but decided to trust him (big mistake!). Within 10 days of signing the contract, I ended up having to cancel the job, which hadn't started because of issues brought up by Matt's crew regarding moving a gas line and some electrical wiring in order for them to start. This company is NOT phenomenal. Shoddy business practices.. Does not follow state guidelines for contract amount...wanted 50% up front rather than the standard 10% or $1000.00. Beware!!!!

California Tile Roof Restoration did a great job restoring our tile roof like new. Matt was very quick in contacting us back when we had any questions about the estimate and the restoration process. Matt and the roofing team were great to work with and we had a great experience! We'd definitely recommend to others!
