It’s unfortunate that we have to rely on inefficient workers at this office. Their laziness is causing delays with my Dre #, wasting people’s time. Additionally, every time I’ve called, they’ve been incredibly rude and disrespectful.

These people are the biggest idiots when it come to processing a DBA, if you don't live in Sacramento and can't provide Fisher Price level documentation forget it, just lower your expectations to dealing with clownworld citizens.

This agency doesn't deserve a single star. It is the worst government agency that I ever deal with: EDD is bad, and this one is much much worse.I filed a complaint against a broker; but DRE didn't do any investigation because to DRE, text message is oral evidence and not reliable. It seems DRE is in the same team with the broker and it doesn't mind that its rules have been broken.All people working for DRE should feel shamed on working for this agency.
