Called in to ask some questions about fire rated dampers for a project. The “gentleman” answering the phone was very rude from the get go and two questions in condescending mentioned that he’s on the phone with a client and he can’t help me.How about put me on hold or grab my number and call me back? It’s called customer service. Must have been a warehouse guy filling in for the real sales person.

After getting the run around from most vendors in the greater sac area. Despite not having the best relationship with the company I currently work for. Steve took a chance on me and gave me quote in less than hour. This was greatly appreciated. Huge Thank you.
