The owner, Alex Gutierrez, is fabulous - honest, kind, hard working, and always responds personally and quickly to any concern or pool emergency. A most impressive company!!!

Keeping a pool clean and sparkly when it is covered most of the time due to drought conditions is not easy. I had no experience with pools until moving to Sac. in 2015. I put a cover on to save water and learned pretty fast that gross things happen if your equipment or weekly service is not at their best. Majestic Pools came out to do an evaluation, gave me an estimate, and wow! My pool needed a new pump and filter, and now is amazingly clean and clear despite having to stay covered because we are still in drought conditions. I have switched to their pool service, and now my yard is once again my haven away from the world. It is a huge deal to have a trouble free pool again. It seems to be a family business, and everyone I have dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. It took a couple of days for the transformation from icky to gorgeous, and we are never going back!
