Overall this is a good business setup. There is a fee to pay in cash or by card, even if you are in person which is why I give 3 stars instead of 5. I have tried paying on the website and using the app but it tells me my insurance policy doesn't exist. They give a 14 day grace period for late payments which comes in handy during this pandemic! Thank you Bolt!

Super friendly staff, really knowledgeable. I recently needed to change insurance providers they took to the time to really understand what it was I NEED and did not try to sell something that wouldn't benefit me. I was able to lower my payment from my previous carrier. Top notch service, wont disappoint.

I was really impressed with bolt insurance services. I called just to inquire and they were able to provide me with all the information without making a drive to them. Was super easy and convenient was really fast service over phone and email I got my quote quickly. They do have excellent staff. I Would recommend. I believe I talked to Cyci & Enrique who helped me.
