Today we had scheduled maintenance to the furnace done and Brandon Cornejo was the technician. He was absolutely fabulous and explained the different areas of the furnace he was testing and what he was looking for. I felt really informed and great customer service. Edwin was a very knowledgeable tech who did a very thorough inspection of our old HVAC system.
My air conditioner went out during hottest week 102-105. My husband walked into Big Mountain Heating and the Air company asked if we could have someone out. They sent Steven the project manager out that day. He did a complete check and measuring for what we needed. They guys came out on Saturday put ducts, vents and new heating and Air unit it. Friendly, complete cleanup and even laid drop cloths to protect my floors. Awesome company, so glad I called and trusted them for this big job. Thank you, you guys were quick and love the cooling now👍☺️
