Butler Service has always been wonderful but this experience fell short. To be honest, even trying to make the appt was a confusing hassle. The whole time the tech was here he was trying to upsell me on services i didn't really need.
Jake Granberry did a outstanding Furnace winter check up very well organized and very professional at what he does he is very great asset to BEUTLER Air company. In future appointments I would like Jake Granberry to be my service tech to perform all my maintenance work. Very happy costumer Barry Lopez
After the tech assigned to do my unit check up called in sick the company hustled to reroute a new tech to fill in. He arrived timely, was professional, helpful and completed all tasks in time for the start of my baseball game! Job well done!
