I always get my long acrylics done somewhere else, but this time I wanted a break from my long nails, and simply wanted a cute manicure. Bees nails is near my house so we made an appointment. I’m very happy with my nails! My gel manicure is neat and clean. The tools they used were clean. The nail tech was so gentle when taking off my acrylic nails, and I appreciate that. I didn’t catch the name of the lady that did my nails unfortunately, but all of the employees were nice.
The lady who did my nails did a great job. She made no conversation and did not provide her name. I realized there were complimentary beverages offered to some customers.. there were 4 customers including myself. It’s getting warmer, maybe offer water to your customers and other beverages to your regulars to help those newer ones feel welcome when the complimentary beverage offer is presented to others.
I had a fill done today with Koi, and he was very quick, and nice and friendly! I was so happy with the work he did. I left feeling super satisfied, I love my nails!! Will definitely be returning.
