I have a contract for ongoing service from Aptive. Though I will never get rid of pests completely, Aptive does a good job keeping it under control. I was very happy with today's service, and thought the technician, Devin, was outstanding. He was able to identify the large bug I was very concerned about, to be a Chinese cockroach, verses the Turkish cockroach, and he explained that it comes from the sewer drains that the city no longer provides service to. Devin also made sure he dewebbed to minimize the spider invasion around the house and plants. I was lost trying to find a good reliable company to take care of German roaches. So many had appointments too far out or way too pricey. And I called Aptive and had great customer service setting up the initial apt and contract I wish I remembered his name he was very informative. When I met the technician Steven he discussed even further about the insane infestation that was there after previous tenants and giving me even more knowledge about these nasty things as he did the treatment. I did have to call and get a follow up as not all were gone but so much less of an issue I must say.
