I am extremely happy with Mike and Appearance solutions. I had my M3 get a full XPEL PPF wrap with ceramic coating. He did not try to upsell me and was willing to do a partial PPF if that is what i desired. Mike really invested his time up front. He took his time answering all my questions over numerous telephone conversations even before I had agreed to go with his company. He is very professional and his team did an amazing job on my car. One of his leads, Oscar, was also very helpful and friendly when I stopped by the shop. I would recommend Appearance Solutions without any reservations.

You can tell a lot about the integrity of a business by their willingness to help people with small jobs. Had a small amount of piano black trim I wanted wrapped in a satin PPF. Oscar was thorough in explaining the process and squeezed me in the next morning and Mike was kind enough to give me a lift home since I lived in the neighborhood across the train tracks. Great experience and a welcome reprieve from some of the other shops in the area.

Great service and a clean professional environment. I stopped by for an estimate and to schedule a future date but they got me right in and did a same day ceramic window tint service on my 2023 Hummer EV1. Clean work and no residue or stains after. (like my past vehicle). I highly recommend and I was very satisfied.
