When we decided to do a complete kitchen remodel with new cabinets, counters, flooring, lighting, and bit of light demolition, we got quotes and looked at several places before deciding on Buy Direct. Gilbert at the show room set the tone for being customer focused and flexible throughout the process. Alex came out to our house and took measurements and made suggestions on other options we had not thought about, and he knows his stuff! Finally we picked out the materials from the many beautiful options available, and signed the contract. Cesar is the project coordinator extraordinaire! He gave us the heads up on when construction would start, and kept us updated on scheduling and progress reports. He is always available and knows the business very well. The crews were very nice, and respectful and they did great work. The project was done quickly and efficiently, and at the stated quote. In Nov. 2014, I had Buy Direct Cabinets completely remodel my kitchen in my 1950 home, with solid wood cabinets. Additionally they installed recess LED Lighting, updating all the electoral and plumbing, and low voltage under cabinet lighting, Sheet Rock taping and painting as well as installing a tile Back Splash Alex Martinez and employees did a superb job in the design in installation on now modern my kitchen.
