I needed my wipers changed and had a time limit on my lunch, and Zack and Scott were so helpful and friendly. They got it done really quick, even with having to get one of the blades from another store. Wonderful customer service!
First time visit to this place, came for oil change. I walked into a very clean and well decorated office and got greeted by Zack. He is a friendly and welcoming person and listened to my requests very patiently and assured me that all checks will be done. It was a fault on my part that I assumed the service would be done in couple of hours from dropping off, so when I asked Zack of when I can expect the service to be done he explained to me that the technicians that they have are all full service techs who can do anything from oil change to engine repair, so they were at that time working on a full radiator replacement. While going from the Peninsula to Folsom, one of our customers needed assistance with his car. Zack was the only shop in the area who would even listen to us and take our customer's car in on a busy holiday weekend after we called three other shops to ask if they would inspect his car on a last-minute appointment. Our customer was able to resume driving after they had checked and resolved the issue. I'm grateful, Zack.
