Changing my review based on John’s response to 3 stars from 1 star. These guys were rude and avoided helping us. We kept asking the sales people to help us but they were too busy on their phone watching tictok. We were really annoyed and went to Floor and Decor for all our tile needs. I know these guys have better prices but can’t tolerate the disrespect and lack of customer service.

UPDATE: I had to come in the store the same day because nobody responded to my phone calls, and Pablo helped me call the other locations & have them available for me to pick up the next day.
This place is not reliable. I ordered & prepaid for some items. They told me the items would be available for pick up following Monday. I called Monday & they said they are not available until afternoon following day. My work is delayed because of their false promise

I haven't yet placed or, obviously, received my order yet but have appreciated the low price quoted on travertine and the great selection of in stock mosaics and tile from which to choose. No pressure. No frills. I like it.
