David and his team are wonderful to work with. I have used Higher Ground twice now for our home. The first was last October when our downstairs heater quit working. When others told us we needed a new unit, David told us we really did not need two units as our main one was large enough to heat the entire house and it would save us money not only on the repair but on energy costs. We knew eventually we would need to replace the larger unit as both units were very old. Easter weekend the old girl decided she had enough and quit on us.
