COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER!!!First off: to get someone on the mountain who shows up when scheduled is A SMALL MIRACLE. This alone surprised me.Finally someone who explained exactly what was necessary and took action to immediately remedy it.After we had some other issues around the home it left us susceptible to insect/rodent encroachment.I had no idea some termites live in soil and others in wood.Thank you for your prompt remediation of my problems and also addressing my concerns.

I have a soft spot in the flooring by my kitchen sink. I called and an appointment was set. The young man (Jimmy?) arrived on time. I showed him the problem and he went under the house to check for water damage and/or termites. He found the soil dry with no sign of termites. A big relief! He had some suggestions for stiffening the soft spot and CHARGED ME NOTHING.Can't help but recommend this company.
