Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate -- especially toward young women

I had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at this clinic.

First, the front desk was completely chaotic and disorganized — the staff moved slowly and there was no clear system at all.

During my visit, the doctor made personal, intrusive comments that had nothing to do with my treatment, and even tried to introduce me to someone he knew -- completely unsolicited and inappropriate in a medical setting.

This behavior made me feel disrespected and unsafe. I went there for healthcare, not to be asked about my personal life or pushed into awkward conversations.

This review is due to the horrible and unacceptable attitude of the front desk receptionist named Amy. She yells at patients in front of others, and is known to have a despicable attitude from other patients and the owner. If you want to be greeted by a rude receptionist, this clinic will do that. Otherwise, if you want to be treated and respected like an actual patient, find another clinic. I hope the owner sees this and decides to fix this issue with his front desk receptionist.

Came here Jan 22,2024. My appointment was at 1:00pm I arrived at 12:57 I smiled at both receptionist, but they just stared awkwardly at me then each other and said nothing. I signed in and sat down. After I signed, and I was asked if I had an appointment here. Obviously if I signed in. I told them what time my appointment was. I was asked if my last name was my last name, right after he read my name on the sign in sheet. He then asks if I've been here before. This is my 3rd appointment here and second time being asked that rhetorical question. The rude, disrespectful, male receptionist asks me am I here for a massage? I tell him a massage and acupuncture. I ask him which one am I scheduled for? He doesn't respond. He then tells me to go to room D, I do. Then he says he said room B, which I know for a fact that he did not, on my way to the restroom. I saw that it was occupied. The masseuse here are very rough. I have only experienced two male masseuse. After the first rude one, I experienced with black hair. He was very rough. He was very rude. He was pulling my hair during the massage. I moved my hair out the way so he could stop pulling it. He gets an attitude, blows air out of his mouth (huffs and puffs) And starts being rougher. After that appointment, I ask for a different masseuse, a woman. The next day after this appointment, I wake up with my whole back and sharp pain. Even in my chest. This has never happened before. This happened for days after seeing this male massage therapist with the black hair. I came today and it's another male, he has blonde hair. And he is also very rough. They also have a weird technique where they use a towel to massage you. I feel like it's not effective and it can be harming because they can't possibly see what they are doing. There is only one kind receptionist that I feel like I can talk to. She is a very tiny woman with black hair and she has a very animated telephone voice. She is the only professional person I've encountered within my three visits here.
