“We hired Cloud 9 for our wedding weekend in Ojai, California. Jason, Joy and team were incredibly professional, accommodating, and amazing. When shopping for a videographer for our wedding we were quite picky since we had a very specific vision in mind for our wedding photos and photography, Jason and Joy patiently listened to all our requests and made it happen on the weekend of! (We had two completely different vibes and themes for Friday and Saturday wedding events but they perfectly captured both!) The night of our wedding we ended up going a bit over the discussed time, but the cloud 9 team was super understanding and with no hesitation at all, stayed longer to capture the dancing and cake cutting. We also needed our wedding video back really really quickly for our wedding part 2 in another country, and they really prioritized us and made it happen.
