I was fully expecting the higher amount which typically happens on a project. When a couple little glitches came up we were told no worries the price won't change. “Anderson Reconstruction remodeled two bathrooms, the master and a hallway bath. Both were the originals from 1980. We met with Shannon who reviewed with us what we envisioned for our baths and the costs involved which included converting both tubs to showers. Shannon and Greg Anderson, the owner, guided us through the remodel process giving us some great ideas and suggestions. We now have two beautiful bathrooms and new linen closets. We are ready to have our downstairs bathroom remodeled.
From the beginning, Greg, Shannon and Laura and their team (Justin, Albert, Fino, Jose and Gustavo) were great. They arrived as scheduled, worked diligently and left the construction areas in order every day. They were very respectful of our home. Greg, as the contractor came by routinely to oversee the project and Shannon, as the Sr. Project Manager, came daily to oversee the crew and kept us informed of plans, changes, etc. Shannon was very good at helping with design plans and ideas. I was so glad to be able to tap into her expertise.

“If you’re building an ADU, call Ralph! With his help, we converted our garage into a one-bedroom/one-bathroom apartment-we love how it turned out. From the get-go, I appreciated the professionalism of his detailed list of everything included. He offered a fair price-in fact it was less than some other companies claiming to specialize in ADU's. He worked with our budget and architect’s plans (which were a little off but he thankfully corrected them), and we passed all the city inspections. The kitchen in the unit exceeded our expectations and the bathroom shower tile work is lovely. Our tenants commented on what a high-quality build it was compared to other places they have lived. He did double insulation on the shared wall with the house and there is virtually no noise between the two units which we are so happy about. Ralph and his team followed through with all of our requests until we were happy with the results. They were a pleasure to work with- we highly recommend them!“

I got a few quotes and FCC's quote was very competitive, he didn't just quote the cheapest material to make his price look good, he took time to help me understand the different qualities to choose from to fit my budget. His installers were on time and did a great job. Being an older house there were a few trouble areas they worked around and it turned out great.
