I had my glasses made at Visionworks in Roseville. My first doctor's prescription (who doesn't work at Visionworks) was absolutely wrong. Had my prescription revised with a different doctor. Fortunately, Visionworks has a 100-day guarantee. I spoke with Paul Nunez and had the glasses remade with no issues whatsoever! Also, Paul helped me and my wife on a previous visit and was very friendly, patient and helpful in selecting new glasses and the technical details of the options. Paul is a credit to the store and an expert at his craft!
Service is great and they don't rush you through the process. Had to get a warranty replacement ordered and went to a closer location. My glasses were still shipped to Roseville and I was called when they arrived to be sure I didn't want my glasses picked up at the closer location they saw I had gone to. It wasn't their stores error but that call made everything right regardless. Will still take the 30 minute drive for my exams because this is the place.
Excellent friendly service from all the staff , they went above and beyond to help me oryan was so helpful she brought a sample lens so I can try it on the doctor she was super nice, Paul and Kaitlyn are so helpful they did the exam and helped me get the frame that I liked , also they are cheaper than Costco !
The staff need a raise take care of them
