What can I say about working with Matt? I bought and sold my last house with him and he under promised and over delivered, you can’t ask for much more than that. As a single dad I didn’t have a lot of time to do the DD, he stepped up and did it for me. I told him what I wanted and ask him to work his magic, and he did! He never sugar coated or just told me what I wanted to hear and I really appreciate how straight forward he was. He really knows his job and goes above and beyond to get his clients what they ask for (as long as it’s reasonable) haha. 5 Stars! He delivers! And he's a straightforward, no-nonsense guy who made the whole process easy! He sold our home quickly and well over asking price (112%)! The pre-listing walkthrough and helped us prioritize some small home improvements that got us the most return on investment. He had a solid strategy that made sure we didn't waste our time chasing bids from irresponsible bidders (ones that would waste time and fall apart anyways). He handled dozens of offers and ensured we received top dollar for our home. I highly recommend Matt Osofsky and Veteran First Realty when purchasing a home. He helped my family and I throughout the entire process from showing us homes to welcoming us to our new home with keys and corning dad jokes. If I had a question, he would be ready with the answer or help me find it. He made the first-time home buying experience feel virtually stress-free, because there was no pressure and he was always on my side.
