Just had a remarkable experience with US Bank, thanks to Juan DelRio Carranza. We presented a complex situation to Juan, who went out of his way to use his expertise and contacts to bring the matter to a successful and timely conclusion. What could have taken days or weeks was handled in about an hour. We're extremely grateful to Juan and US Bank, and anticipate being customers for a long time to come. It's easy to think retail banks are all the same (not great), our experience demonstrates this isn't the case. Thank you Juan and US Bank!

Banks in general rarely seem to have that great of customer service so when we started banking here we felt like we found a different kind of bank. A bank that trusts its customers history and they provide amazing customer service. We have pulled out a few loans here for various reasons over the years and everything went super smooth. I was shocked to read the reviews on here the other day because I have not had a bad experience. Some people just get lucky and that might be my wife and I but I really don't think so. We will always check US bank when we need to pull a loan or invest in CD's.
