So I've only been 1 time so far and was out of my mind stressed over life things, I didn't completely "relax" till the very end of the float. I left greatful, less stressed then when I arrived and looked forward to try it again. However... the next few days after, I felt a significant difference physically and mentally in several positive ways, 1 of which was the best nights of sleep I've had in some time. I've since scheduled my next sesh and anyone considering it, I highly recommend giving it a try. I can't wait to see the results w/ 4 floats a month!
I absolutely loved. It was very weird in the beginning because your mind is racing and you’re trying to relax but I floated so well. I even slept during my session. It was so releasing that I signed up for a membership. The oxygen bar was perfect for after your float. 10/10 recommended. Ty was the bomb. He made everything so easy. The facility was so clean.
Today was my second float and I will continue to come back. They are helpful, friendly, and genuinely concerned with making the experience the very best. The float itself, if you've never tried, is serene, calming, and such a simple way to practice self care. See you soon.
