Have someone answer Phones. Like it's Friday and had a appointment my prescriptions were sent in incomplete and I work weekends and how can I get this sorted out if NOBODY ANSWER A PHONE! COME ON!!!! You're messing with my employment this way!

My appointment was for 9:00am, an hour later no call. I've attempted to call the office twice to see what is going on.. both times told me to wait so I call a third time at 9:45, I wish I had gotten her first name but I was hung up on. Clearly she could not give me an answer for where the doctor was. She kept saying he's ' going back and fourth on the schedule ' ??????? Also the next available is in four weeks. I just waited four weeks. This business needs to have employee training especially for the woman working the front desk.

This place is garbage don't fall for it. Can't get anyone on the phone. Sat at two locations on simultaneous days as a walk in.....still didn't get in. Tried to make an apt...nope It's a medical hustle. Raping the state and the people.
