I would not waste your time on this plumber. I did, twice. Once in 2019 at the referral of my main plumber to do tank descaling on my tankless water heater. My main plumber does not do that. Four or five calls over 2 plus weeks and NEVER a call back.Fast forward to 2022. Again, referred to my by my main plumber of 20 years to do something else my main plumber does not do. Put in a phone call, a couple emails, and a text message. Again, over a 2 week period (and counting) no response.If you are no longer in business, say so. If you are not interested in the work, say so. But don't just ghost people, especially if they come to you as a referral. It is very unprofessional...read full review

It is very unprofessional and it just annoys people that are trying to get something taken care of.Needless to say, there will not be a Third Time reaching out to this company. And I don't get this "ghosting" response by this company, because there are several other positive reviews here. I can only speak to my experience.

Russell quoted our project, showed up on day agreed to with all parts needed and finished project in a very timely manner also going well above my expectation of finished product.Highly recommend, he's my goto for my plumbing needs
