Just got my Lyriq back after some minor warranty work - all software updates that cured several issues. After two terrible experiences (one in sales and another in service) with another Sacramento Cadillac dealership, I was very pleased with the whole service experience with Reliable. The service writer, Elvis, listened to my concerns and accurately passed them to the tech who did the work.

Ken was my Service guy. I was having problems with my Cadillac XT6.Seemed to be hesitating slightly at highway speed going up a grade. Another GM dealership couldn’t “replicate “ the problem. It continued so I thought I would try Cadillac in Roseville. Ken heard what I said and they test drove it up a grade at speed and diagnosed it even though there was no check engine light. Fixed the problem all under warranty. Very happy with the communication and the service. I’ll be back.

Their service department has always been good and thorough. They fix what needs fixin’. Their sales department was underwhelming due to the fact that they didn’t have like any new cars to look at when we tried before. I’ve had to go to CarMax both times to find Cadillacs to browse through. Most dealerships have some new and some used cars to look at, but this location didn’t have very much if any. Staff is helpful and nice.
