Eraclio was extremely professional and was very knowledgeable about how to best care for our carpets. Would highly recommend using Pro Team just based off my interaction with him but the price and end product were also great.
Eraclio was amazing!!!!! My carpets were bad! I have 2 dogs who left bad pee stains and bad odor, I thought it’d be impossible to get them out but he was able to make my carpets look good as new! He was very kind and understanding, definitely my go to carpet cleaner from now! definitely recommend!
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU Chris and Pro Team. My apartment was cursed with an ammonia smell from my jerk cat refusing to use his new litter box. And the smell followed you around like Mona Lisa's eyes. My home smells clean and fresh, and the shadows of the pee stains of yore are gone. This is the first time I'm going to make my husband actually take off his shoes when he gets home instead of saying "Who cares? We're already the pee house. " Chris was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. My service was on time, and the price was great. Will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
