I wanted to try the INFRARED SAUNA.
Kaitlins communication was amazing.
The INFRARED SAUNA room was amazing. There were body & hand towels. Plus Cold washclothes for you to use. That was awesome. Some tools to use on your body for pressure points. (Sorry not sure of the names)
I was so relaxed after 1hr in the sauna.
I would definitely recommend Peaceful Healing Massage. My next try will be a massage from Kaitlin.

She knows the body and how to best massage to meet your individual needs, Relieves tightness and so relaxing. BTW: I incorrectly believed massage was a luxury, but after a few sessions with Kaitlin to relieve lower back pain, I now know massage is healing and important for wellness.
