Welcome to Nails by TimPenny. We are located at W SALON SUITES on Douglas Blvd in Roseville. We provide a pleasant atmosphere and are suited for those who like to enjoy a private and relaxed non crowded salon. You can have your own “ME” time here with no worries.

Best nail artist in town!! I have been to plenty of other salons and there is nothing like the quality here! They are not only beautiful, but they stay on really well! I got Halloween nails and they are EPIC!!!Service: Nail art
