I brought a quarter zip sweater in that had some pilling around the inside of the collar. I asked the lady if there was a way to remove the pilling or if they did that as a service. She told me that there’s no way to remove that and walked away like she did not want my business. I then looked it up on YouTube and found out that a $12 device can remove all of the pilling, fuzz, etc. I tried that and it worked. I’m super disappointed in this place since they refer to themselves as a “professional cleaning service”. I gladly would have paid them to do it for me (convenience is king) but they did not seem to want my business. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Took in my brand new suit. First time having it cleaned. The ran a stable through my shirt where they tag it with their label. I know minor but I have only worn this item 1 time. Super frustrating.
