We were referred to GTL by Nielson Floor in Lincoln. We purchased a new home and had wanted quite a lot of changes and upgrades. We really connected to Tommy the owner and decided to go with him. His crew was very professional and personable. We couldn't be happier with the end results.

I can't recommend GTL enough. As another reviewer mentioned, I'd give them 6 stars if I could. We recently contracted them for a cabinet painting job as well as exterior painting, and everything from the estimate process through job completion was seamless. Tommy came out for our estimate and was super knowledgeable and helpful, explaining every aspect of the job in detail. He even provided some advice on other projects we had going on in the house, which we ended up taking and couldn't be more grateful! Alicia was a rock star to work with. She took our needs into consideration, answered every question and stayed in constant contact. Having worked with several vendors over the past year for several home projects, they were hands down the best when it came to customer service. To top it off, we could not be happier with our cabinets and exterior paint. They did an amazing job!

From start to finish, GTL folks were professional, organized, friendly, and trustworthy. I'd give them 6 six stars if I could.We had our kitchen painted: cabinets inside and out, walls, and ceiling. The painters, Rojelio and Steven, showed up on time each day and were courteous and as unobtrusive as possible. They were extremely well organized and left the house tidy at the end of each day. When a difficulty arose, which it invariably does on any household repair, they handled it calmly and assured us that they would not leave us hanging--they kept their word. Our cabinet doors, nearly as old as our 1936 home, would not close after having been painted because of the many layers of paint. Tommy sent a carpenter who shaved the doors and then the painters finished their work. I should mention as well Alicia, who runs the office: she kept in touch with us consistently, had someone drop by our house to pick up our custom paint colors (!!), and offered us an earlier slot when one of their jobs changed schedules. She was efficient and effective. All-in-all a great experience.
