Adrianna was a great specialist! She was very conversational and definitely kept me comfortable while getting my service done. It was my first session at this location and I will for sure be coming back here in the future :)
I’ve gone to Adrianna since I first started coming to this location and she has been nothing but sweet to me. Any questions I have she always knows what to say and have a solution. She makes sure that the client is comfortable before we start waxing. Overall she’s one of the best at European Wax Center. I highly recommend clients going to her instead of others! I have gone to Nicole for a few months now and LOVE her! she’s so personable and makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Her services are speedy and precise. Definitely book with Nicole, she’s amazing! However, the front desk staff is unfortunately another story. They are soooo pushy with the Wax Pass even when you repeatedly tell them no over and over everytime you come in. And on top of that, this past appointment I had, I booked for 10:30 AM. when leaving I wasn’t 100% sure if i had booked for 10:15 or 10:30. I double checked my EWC app and that said 11 AM.
