Repaired two leaks, thoroughly addressed issue - high winds and debris can cause issues!Among other things they pulled the tiles off and cleaned out (the critical water channels) and replaced the tiles. Big messy job done right and cleaned up well. I've interacted on numerous occasions with the team leader (Ricardo) and owner (Eric) and all communication reflected expert level skill, positive attitude, and focused pride in work. Recommended

This is my second review for Eric Schweitzer roofing, he continues to perform great work on my rental property's replacing the old roof with the same quality service. He and his crew have been a great help to me and my needs. Including replacing the roof on my personal home in the foothills area. Eric's crew replaced my roof over 7 years ago. They did a great job, and his price was excellent! 7 years later, my roof still looks perfect. Eric did my friend's house last year, and did an excellent job again, and his price was very fair - actually on the low side. If I ever need my home re-roofed again in the future, I'll definitely be calling Eric.
