I can't tell you how pleased I am with Design Werks. Two times in the past I have had other companies design websites for me and cannot tell you how much of a pain it is when people you are dealing with don't remember that you hired them because you don't know it all about building or designing a website. I was dreading having my website redesigned because I didn't want to go through all the BS of not being able to get in touch with the designer when I needed to and the process taking for EVER! It was a wonderful suprise when I met the staff at Design Werks. I got to actualy go in to their facility and sit down with them and have an easy conversation about what I wanted and what they were going do for me. They took the time to explain everything to me and let me know what to expect. They listened carefully to all the details I wanted and nailed it! The web site was up and running before I knew it. There were the expected few little kinks to work out but within the first 48hrs of the website going live everything was perfect! Shaun, Elyse and Jason stayed in close contact with me through the entire process to make sure that everything was as I wanted. I love the new website! I would recommend them to everyone.
