The quick response to our heat going out the week before Thanksgiving was much appreciated. The technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this company for heating and air conditioning needs.

My HVAC system is on its last legs and just as it was getting colder, the heater stopped working. Comfort 1 sent Angel out and he thoughtfully went through the system finding 3 problems. He even worked in to the night to replace a faulty gas valve (replaced for free because it was just over 1 year old). He did great work and is very personable too. The bill was less than $100, proof these guys are honest. Highly recommended.

Comfort 1 has been providing installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment replacement services in 8 of my commercial facilities for over a year. Every time I call Tasha picks up the phone in the office and provides exceptional service. When the technician is on-site they are alway extremely professional, tidy, and always keep me aware of their current status. If repair is needed, an easy to understand estimate is always provided and they have never recommended work that seemed needless or outlandishly expensive. If I'm ever in a bind and not ready to make a large investment, Comfort 1 has always been able to come up with a creative solution to buy some time. You can trust Comfort 1 to do the job right and not waste your money. Most recently (September 2020), I had Brian (the owner) out to my personal residence to assess my aging HVAC system that was struggling to keep up with the Sacramento heat wave. Brian presented me with a number of options and I ultimately decided on purchasing a new Day And Night system. Let me tell you, I couldn't be happier with how quick the install was and how professional their work was. The technician (Angel) checked in regularly to provide updates, recommendations, and always worked to make sure he set the system up to perform the way I wanted. To top it off, they even provided me with two portable AC units to help keep my family comfortable while the system was being installed. Important: They're extremely sensitive to COVID-19 and take all of the proper precautions to make sure they're safe while in your home or office. *5 Stars for Brian, Tasha, and team!*
