Best Price Pest Control

I called for pest control - Best Price rep asked several questions that other companies did not, ultimately we agreed that pest control was not actually needed. Very transparent and helpful, not looking to make customers spend money that they don't need to.

Lonnie is a very nice guy who really knows his stuff. He was prompt and quick. It took a couple times for him to completely get rid of the ants in our house however he was more than willing to extend the 30 day warranty until the job was complete. (It actually took 29 days.) We have been fighting the ants for over a year and now our house is ant free. It is AMAZING!!!

Some of the rudest customer service I've ever experienced. I was explaining something to the technician over the phone and in the middle of the conversation he interrupted me and when I continued to talk he said, "can you stop talking and let me finish?!" He then proceeded to give me a whole sience lesson on roaches and pest while completing ignoring me and my questions. I do not recommend this company.
