This is my first time here and it was horrible. For starters I had an appointment in the morning but still had to wait an hour. As I was waiting the staff would not only ask me questions about my condition but also talk to other patient's in the waiting room where everyone can hear. No confidentiality or professionalism whatsoever ! After hearing this and waiting an hour I simply just got up and left. I had never been to a medical office that operated that poorly in my life. I don't suggest anyone else go there for that matter !

I went in for persistent skin rash, been suffering for 6 months and had visited multi urgent care and minute clinics, been prescribed steroid after steroid - I prepped for appointment and downloaded all the meds that had been prescribed, prednisone, steroid injections, topical steroid ointments and creams- I told the so called "doctor" (was not a dermatologist not even a doctor for that matter) was a twenty something nurse or PA. I told her I do not want any more toxic steroids I want a treatment regimen (there are many drugs out there on the market that are daily pills that control eczema and flair ups that do not contain steroids) She was very dismissive and said "you just need a stronger steroid" and prescribed me another steroid cream! I didn't show up for the follow up appointment, I was lucky enough to get into an actual bonafide dermatologist that was shocked to see my prescription history and flabergasted this "wannabe" doctor prescribed even more steroids! STAY AWAY- if you care anything about your skin and health, avoid this clinic!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this skincare center with Nancy. Instead of improving my skin, her treatments left me with even worse acne and damaged skin. She seemed indifferent to my concerns, and the products she recommended only exacerbated my issues. I would caution anyone considering her services to be cautious and seek other reputable options for skincare needs
