This review has been long overdue. I have placed multiple orders with Berco first 2 times the Redwood I purchased for a deck and another for a smaller privacy fence were perfect. The whole process went smooth door to door. I dropped in last week, placed an order for some B grade Redwood which was delivered/arrived with some boards somewhat cracked/defective. I immediately refused the order and called them to communicate the issue. Within minutes I was told a Manager would be calling me to discuss the issue. Berco Redwood was one of my best finds in 2022, I will never go to big box store to purchase lumber again. I had to build a pool fence/gate last summer and the guys at Berco were so great to work with and really listened to what I was trying to do. They offered great options and even took the time to hand pick the wood making sure I didn't get any bad pieces. I'm not a carpenter by any means so getting help with the material and stain and my gate kit was extremely helpful. Will definately be back for my next project! Thanks!
Great customer service at Berco. I called the Sacramento store about staining a deck and spoke to Riley. He recommended getting samples and quickly realized I would have more sample options at the Roseville location. He told me to ask for Nate. I was able to get 3 stain samples including some pieces of redwood to practice and choose the right color. Excellent company to work with especially for inexperienced home owners like me!
