This review has been long overdue. I have placed multiple orders with Berco first 2 times the Redwood I purchased for a deck and another for a smaller privacy fence were perfect. The whole process went smooth door to door. I dropped in last week, placed an order for some B grade Redwood which was delivered/arrived with some boards somewhat cracked/defective. I immediately refused the order and called them to communicate the issue. Within minutes I was told a Manager would be calling me to discuss the issue. When I mean excellent customer service the gentleman that called me back STEVEN set the bar! And high. Berco Management I hope you are taking care of your guy because he went above and beyond with resolving the issue. I was told to drop in to select whatever wood I thought was best for my project. When I arrived he instructed the team on what I was there for and what was needed to be done to make it right. I was in and out in under an hour and he was able to have his guys deliver same day which saved me from not having to reschedule my guys which would have cost me an additional fee for rescheduling last minute. Thanks STEVEN for the awesome customer service. I will definitely be stopping by again for my next purchase. BERCO Roseville highly recommend.

Berco Redwood was one of my best finds in 2022, I will never go to big box store to purchase lumber again. I had to build a pool fence/gate last summer and the guys at Berco were so great to work with and really listened to what I was trying to do. They offered great options and even took the time to hand pick the wood making sure I didn't get any bad pieces. I'm not a carpenter by any means so getting help with the material and stain and my gate kit was extremely helpful. Will definately be back for my next project! Thanks!

Great customer service at Berco. I called the Sacramento store about staining a deck and spoke to Riley. He recommended getting samples and quickly realized I would have more sample options at the Roseville location. He told me to ask for Nate. I was able to get 3 stain samples including some pieces of redwood to practice and choose the right color. Excellent company to work with especially for inexperienced home owners like me!
