100% impressed, 100% thorough, 100% satisfied. I was worried sick about a potential leak in our swimming pool. It had been completely refurbished 5 years ago and it seemed pretty clear that we were having a leaking problem. The amount of water that it would lose seemed irregular and we were constantly refilling it. The inspector took great care in investigating any and all potential leaks, walked me through all of his testing and results and we finally got to the heart of the problem. But to be absolutely sure, he went the extra step and set up a last test to observe for 24 hours to see if we indeed found the problem solved. So thorough. So thoughtful and very kind. I was quite pleased with service tech. Leak was in pool light it seems the Leslie tech did reseal the line when he pulled it. I even asked at the time and was told not necessary. Your neck explained that if just replaced light it would not be necessary but because line had short and had to be resealed and replaced.
The technician who performed my inspection was very thorough and actually found not just one slab leak, but two. This was accomplished only by doing further investigation. I feel confident and would gladly use or recommend American Leak Detection in the future.
