Tommy was right on and had a gameplan to button up our house from roof rats. We walked around and he showed me what he was going to do. Everything was done in a timely manner . He went above and beyond to completely button up the house.
We have been an Advanced IPM customer for a few years now and while each technician has been great, Matt Barbier is the best by far. We had a wasp infestation in our backyard last year, discovered several black widows, we've had various pests trying to get into our garage and most recently beetles made their way into our kitchen - Matt has eliminated each and every one of these issues. He is professional / knowledgeable, friendly, has always made himself available and motivated (even in 100+ degree heat) to treat our home. For a long time I used a really common cheap pest control service. It was ok for a while. I was only able to schedule the visit to within a whole day. Thus, I had to leave my back gate open all day. Not very secure. I even caught one pest technician only spraying my front courtyard then immediately leaving. I would even get a different tech every time, so I had to retrain them each visit on my specfic needs, and there was no visit to visit issue knowledge retention. I never could contact my pest pro directly, only call the office.
Once I found Advanced IPM, all that changed!
