I have used Action Property for the past 15 or so years. Teri and staff are prompt when answering my questions and concerns regarding my property. They resolve tenant issues timely and have done a good job screening tenants for the property. Their management fees are very reasonable and their accounting system is top notch. Strongly recommend them.
Action Properties has managed my properties for many years. They have done an outstanding job. Terri Alcala and her staff are experienced Property Managers who take care of owners and residents. They make sure that necessary repairs are taken care of quickly when residents call. They work with owners and residents to resolve problems that may occur.
