I called on Labor Day (a holiday!) and Olivia answered my call! I didn't expect it, being that it was a major holiday. I explained to her that I needed help with getting a copy of my citizenship certificate so that I can then get my passport. Olivia was very polite and professional, she told me "no problem!, come to my or office tomorrow and I will help!". This was very impressive, but not surprised because I did see all the positive Yelp reviews on this business. So I showed up the next day and she assisted me with filling out and understanding the application process. She talked me through everything and answered all the questions I had. I was out of there very happy and calm. She also offered to keep her in the loop with my process and that she would be more than happy to answer anything that I don't understand. Olivia, thank you soooooooo much! I was very nervous about this because I don't want anything going wrong. I highly recommend Olivia and her business to help you out with any of your immigration issues. Don't put your trust in unproven people. Tank you once again, Olivia!
