I recently took my dad to this optometrist center, and my experience was a mixed experience. I have no issues with the doctor and the examination was fine. However, the overall business experience deserves a 0. The front desk lacks proper communication; they contact you for business but fail to follow up on glasses pick-up. They just want your money and once they get you in ... you won't hear from them again. This lack of customer service. Sadly, the front desk's attitude is bad. The front guy run the business when he feels like opening. I've observed them speaking disrespectfully to the elderly customers. I agree completely with one of the reviewer below. Please do yourself a favor consider exploring other optometrists in the area for a more better experience. There are many available. They don't deserve your business with this kind of attitude.
I'm surprise this facility is still in business. The front desk guy is extremely rude to patients especially the elderly. I've witnessed him multiple time belittling the elderly, making fun of their names, yelling at them and making obscene remarks. It amazes me how that guy is still working there and people are still coming to this doctor's office. The only explanation I could think of is that he's related to the doctor. If that's the case the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. One of my family member had no choice before and had to go to this office for checkup. Every time they always ask for insurance and/or medical cards. I don't understand why since all those information should already be in the computer system. The guy in front would yell out customers names like they are dogs. I don't condone that type of behaviors for anyone and when I tell him off he would get very upset and telling me if I don't like it then go somewhere else. First of all, you are making money off of patients so without patients you are nobody so don't give me that kind of attitude. Next is the doctor. I've never met a very rude, unprofessional, arrogant and condescending doctor in my life. I don't know how he got his degree, but he doesn't have any knowledge of people's condition when they come to him. I took my grandma to go see him and he was rudely giving me attitude every time I try asking him questions regarding her condition. He rudely said let him finish and do his thing before I can ask any questions and constantly stop me when I have a concern. Patients have the right to ask questions. What kind of doctor are you for not letting patients voice their concern? I'm extremely shocked no one has made any complaint about him. He's not a good doctor at all and will give you false treatment and diagnosis. My grandma waited for an entire month to receive her eyeglasses and when the time came up to pick up her glasses they only changed one lens. How is she able to see with just one lens and not the other? I have very good instinct about this doctor and his staff and they are straight out rude and doesn't have the best of intentions toward patients. From what I've heard, a lot of people that had him for eye surgery got their eyes messed up real bad. That's a red flag there and a big concern for me. I'm speaking on behalf of all the elderly that couldn't speak up for themselves and unable to voice their opinion. If you have family member that still go here I highly recommend you help them look for a different doctor where they will be treated with respect and kindness. I already changed my grandma elsewhere and it's been the best decision ever. Please do yourself a favor and don't come here. You will thank me.
Been coming here since I was a kid. They always close without notice, never update their hours, and they never answer phone calls even if they're open. The dude behind the front desk doesn't have a good attitude with customers. If you don't want to work there,then just retire old man.
