He will come out to do a free quote for you, and tell you what is necessary vs. what is needed. He is very responsive to calls and texts. It's a family owned business in the local area, so they are here for us in SGV whenever we need plumbing services. I'm so glad I found Alberto because he did the necessary work for a lot less than what my realtor's plumber quoted for. I'm going to keep calling Alberto for all my plumbing needs in the future and recommend him to my friends, family, and coworkers.“

On Monday, May 4th, Gerry was able to put up a price and have a crew out to us by Tuesday morning. “This is by far the best plumbing service locally here in La Canada, CA. Thry were thorough, efficient, clean and quite clear on what needed to be done for my sink drain and other issues. They went the extra mile in clearing out my clogged drain, fixed the leaks (several of them) and even corrected my poor attempt to install a new plunger and parts. “After initially being told that a new water heater was necessary by other similar businesses over the phone, New Image Plumbing was the only business who was able to send out the technicians to look over the issue. Pierre and Matthew arrived to look over the heater. The only issue was a pipe that was connected to the water heater that had a pinhole size leaking the water. My wife and I was so relieved! They immediately went out to get the parts and came back within the hour. They fixed the issue in good time.
