He also assisted me with outdoor hose bid issue at the end of the job at no extra cost. Call him if you live in the SGV area and need a plumber.“

On Monday, May 4th, Gerry was able to put up a price and have a crew out to us by Tuesday morning. The next day, Gerry returned to put the water tank back in place when the concrete had set, and he replaced all the fittings on my water tank because the previous business had used low-quality materials. “My wife and I have been using trenchless sewer plumbing company for some time now, we have been very pleased with there professionalism, cleanliness, and fair prices and 3 weeks ago was no different we noticed a foul smell and part of the lawn raised higher than the rest of the yard right away we called Gonzalo and they came out and ran there sewer camera they showed us the cause of the problem and how bad our sewer pipes were they recommended a pipe burst method and after they thoroughly explaining to us what that was they gave us a quote we were pleased with the quote and we proceeded to move forward with the job, the next day his crew was here on time , taking the proper measures to ensure our peace of mind, by the time we realized there was two holes dug up and a hydraulic system bursting the old pipe and putting in the new pipe , a little after lunch they were washing our driveway making sure everything was put back the way we had it, my wife and I are so pleased with these guys we recommended them to all of our neighbors. “Found this place on a Google search and prayed the reviews were right, and they were! I had a horrible contractor that that basically didn’t do my kitchen sink piping correctly which caused my garbage disposal to not work properly. It was an easy fix but was worried a plumber would lie and say it was a big job. I called A-1 and they sent someone the next day! Guillermo A. was the technician. He was so professional, nice and honest!!! Instead of coming to just give me a quote he fixed my pipes in 30 minutes! And didn't pretend that it was a bigger issue. “New Image Plumbing, thank you very much to Mathew & Pierre for saving our restaurant on a busy Sunday!After loosing hot water to our building we tried calling 4 different companies and most replied back with not being open on a Sunday and 1 company was a no-show. Our last lucky call to New Image Plumbing and the fast response from their team we got lucky. They sent us a service technician in less than 1 hour along with a manager. The repairs got completed in less then 30 mins and the cost was much less then we expected for a commercial business. He was on time and assessed the work requested before going back to his van to gather the necessary tools.I asked if he could remove two stubborn existing bathroom door knobs while replacing them with new ones. He installed two 16" bathroom towel racks. Lastly and the most lengthy, he removed our existing, dating thermostat for a Nest. It took longer than we anticipated but he was patient the entire time. The work: on- and after-service - 10 I would described Alonso as an efficient perfectionist. My kitchen and sink plumbing is perfect, and the interior and exterior wall repair work look amazing.
