Honestly they’re nice enough people and I had several appointments that were fine. However, my appointment today, they literally completely forgot about me. They put needles in my neck and then just left me there for an hour and a half. I was yelling “hello” and “can someone please help” for 15 minutes before someone finally came and said they would go get the doctor. I won’t be returning.

I am one of the patients there and I saw the review from Don L. I don't think he is sharing accurate information. Every time when I go to Newmed for physical therapy treatment, all doctors are wearing mask and gloves. They even washed their hand every time after they see every single patients. I saw them washing hand all the time. My PT is amazing. I have back pain for a long time and after sections of PT, im getting much better. Also, I saw their assistant used alcohol to spray rooms ALL the TIME! Hand sanitizer are in the front desks for patients and their assistants; they are easy to be reach. So, overall I do strongly recommend this place since many other locations are not open for patients now. They have great customer services, all staffs there are friendly. I feel like home there, strongly recommended.

I am pretty happy with the acupuncture there. I feel good afterward, BUT I do not feel safe with the doctors and doctor assistants' sanitation amidst the safety measures of COVID-19. They do not use gloves, their hands do not feel the cleanest, and there are no hand sanitizers available for patient use. Because of that, I'm not even sure if the pillows I put my face over are sanitized well either.
