Mekong Hair Salon Natalie has been cutting my hair for years. She does a great job and takes her time even if there are a lot of customers waiting she will make sure everyone gets their dedicated time to get the haircut they want. No appointments here like most haircut salons but that's never an issue. Also most recently I started bringing my son to get his haircut. He's a toddler and cutting a toddlers hair is not easy at all but thanks to Natalie's patience and skill she makes sure he is comfortable and gets him done quickly. Conveniently located on Garvey/Del Mar and plenty of parking in the back lot. FYI the only negative reviews revolve around appointments which Mekong has never required, false info. Been coming here for almost 10 years and will be coming here until I am bald LOL.

This is my second time back. Also referred my wife here. Jimmy does both of our hair. Love the service and performance. I've never had anyone who explain in details prior to any service. He would also give suggestions. My wife had a V-shape cut and it was flawless. We will be long term customer for sure!

First-timer. Called and spoke to a very nice lady. She said they cut men's hair, accepts walk-ins, and $15. So, when I got there, I was greeted by this sweet lady, Natalie. There were 2 others ahead of me. Both of them have so many instructions on how they wanted their hair cut, but she just listened patiently and cut their hair to their satisfaction. In between, she would tell me how much longer it would. I am losing my hair (lol) up front, so she even instructed me on how I should instruct the next stylist to cut my hair (to hide the bald spots). Very attentive to detail, carefully assessing my hair style and she even told me to wear my glasses so that she could straighten out my sideburns. Amazing attention to detail. I couldn't have been more satisfied. Right now, one stylist is on vacation and the other only comes on the weekends, so they are a bit short-staffed. They are looking for a good, caring stylist. Please reach out to her if you have the same characteristics as Natalie. Until my next hair cut...
