Just finished a project with Kin for my kitchen/bathroom remodel. Very satisfied! I found Kin randomly on yelp and took my chance. I'm working with a very tight budget, and Kin was very very helpful and understanding through the whole process, and was willing to work with me. Great communication, clear breakdown and what can/can't be done, and timely delivery of the final product. When I told Kin my concerns, he would always listen and try his best to work with me to my satisfaction. I'm very happy with my new kitchen/bath!

Nice contractor who picked up his phone. We set an appointment to meet. The day before the appointment, he said he was too busy to take on a new project and canceled. But I appreciate him telling me a day before rather than 5 minutes before.

We started kitchen remodel with Kin and ended up remodeling 2 bathrooms with him. My experience with him were great. He listened to our picky requests and offered me several alternatives too. He did many extra things for me throughout the remodel. There were a few unexpected things happened. Kin was very honest and worked diligently to fix the problems! Also I think his price is reasonable. I picked materials and he charged me the labor. He sometimes buy something and gave me the receipt. It's very fair. I trusted him and his long term crews. I often left home while they are working. One impressive episode, my son accidentally hit the new kitchen cabinet, Kin was so kind he replaced it at no cost!! 3 remodel projects took about 3 month ( some rests between the projects) he has been very honest and provided professional job. I really recommend him. I will call him again for our next project.
