I have been coming here for years. And today was the WORST experience I've ever had. I got my blood work done and a Pap smear a week ago and requested a medication refill. I made an appointment that same week to receive my results. I go into the office today to find out the appointment was NEVER made. The front desk also told me I cannot be seen today because there is no more appointments till May 20... more than a month from today. The medication I also requested due to it being expired was never refilled. Which was why I also needed today's appointment. Coming to find out my Pap smear was ready, but HALF OF THE RESULTS WERE MISSING. I then told the front desk that I needed the medication refilled for when I do need the medication. She told me to have a seat, I waited 45 minutes just for her to tell me when I went back up that if I do not receive a call by 5 pm to call them again.... Which means I could have left a long time ago. This has never happened before but this experience alone is going to make it my last time here.

Really bad OBGYN office. I've been going here from the beginning of my pregnancy and I haven't even met my OB. I wait 45 minutes to get checked in, and they take 2 seconds to check on me and my baby. I ask them questions and they know nothing about it. I asked for the baby's weight and they say they don't know. Refused to sign my disability paper work without paying them 20 dollars. All for a signature. Never once met nor saw the actual OBGYN

I can't understand why the boss would use employees who ruin his own brand! Every time I call, I either don’t answer or hang up on purpose! It was difficult to get through and the attitude was quite bad! I don’t know why the quality is so poor! I really don't understand!
