This place is pathetic. They never showed up to the scheduled appointment even though I called them to confirm it twice the week of. The two times I did call them, they were extremely rude and literally asked me "what do you want." I had to clean out all my cupboards and drawers in my kitchen to prep for them, and they never came. Extremely unprofessional.
They were the only ones after using 3 others, that actually got rid of my rodents. They were there on time. They knew what they were doing. Didn't have to tell them much. Best ones I've used. I'm happy they were recommended by a friend who us a school teacher. Sooo happy .
Do not use this business!! They broke numerous ceiling tiles in my residence and then claimed they are not liable for the repairs. In addition, their employee is seen on camera stealing my bathroom rugs. The rugs were imported and not cheap. Not sure what was taken from other areas of the property items were taken as I only have cameras in select areas. My trust was violated. They are thieves and crooks. Reach out to me personally for the footage. If I could leave zero stars I would.
