We purchased a new construction recently and saw some concerns that we felt needed a professional inspection. We contacted Entrust Home Inspection and happy we did. 10 out of 10 stars for this guy. Derek provided me with a detailed and very user-friendly inspection report along with multiple pictures of multiple areas that he noticed that needed attention. He is very knowledgeable and took his time to inspect every Nick and cranny of the home and was not rushing to get to his next appointment. That shows very good time management on his part And on time upon arrival. Due to certain circumstances, he was unable to check a certain Area in the house, but offered to come back and And check to complete his inspection. Derrick did a thorough job of inspecting our house. His report put us at ease with our concerns and let us know things we need to fix before they become bigger problems. He also took his time to answer any questions we may have. Highly recommend!
